Shipping & Delivery
At PlugNGrill, we primarily use FedEx Ground for shipping our orders, offering delivery to every address in the 48 contiguous U.S. states within 1 to 5 business days based on the distance to the destination, and to Alaska and Hawaii in 3 to 7 business days. During checkout, you’ll receive an estimated delivery date. To ensure faster delivery, our system automatically selects the warehouse closest to your location—either in California or Texas. A shipping estimate and/or shipping fee will be calculated and added to the total purchase amount at checkout. The actual shipping fee may vary depending on the shipping method and other circumstances.
Order processing refers to the duration between placing an order on our site and the packaging and shipment of the items. At PlugNGrill, LLC ("PlugNGrill," "We," "Us," "Our"), we generally process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
If, for any reason, an item is out of stock, we will notify you by either email or SMS. You will not be charged for any item that is out of stock. However, note that delivery times can also be subject to external factors as shall be described in this policy and, therefore, cannot be guaranteed. Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly before you place your order.
Once your order is placed, we have a very limited window to cancel it because we make every effort to process and ship your order quickly. However, you can cancel orders up to 30 minutes after the order is placed by contacting customer service at support@plugngrill.com with the subject line "Cancellation" and your PlugNGrill order number. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order 30 minutes after placing it.
We do our best to make sure shipments arrive quickly and in good condition. However, we shall not be liable for delays beyond our control. PlugNGrill shall not be held responsible for any shipment/package being delayed by the carrier due to adverse weather conditions, uncontrollable circumstances (flight delays, equipment malfunction etc.), or an act of God and will not refund the cost of shipping

Multiple days of delays on shipments can be caused by any of the above-mentioned events regardless of the shipping method selected at the point of checkout.
In the event that an order is placed with incorrect shipping information and requires a change of address, the customer will be charged a rerouting fee and any additional shipping charges that may apply to such rerouting or return to PlugNGrill. This fee can vary based on your location and how much the shipment needs to travel away from its originally shipped location.
If incorrect shipping information provided by the customer is the cause of a shipment(s) being delayed or delivered incorrectly by the carrier, PlugNGrill shall not be held responsible for any compensation or replacements for the incorrectly delivered shipment.
In the rare event of a missing, significantly delayed, or lost package, please contact the carrier first. When you call them, please ensure you have the tracking number handy so they can look it up. They will be able to provide some more information about where it was delivered and can hopefully help you locate it.
If our carrier is unable to locate your package, please email us directly at support@plugngrill.com with the subject line "Missing Package," along with the order number and your full name so that we can further assist you in resolving the issue. We are unable to replace packages until they have been confirmed missing.
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a shipping confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches your doorstep. Please be advised that our confirmation email may be received as 'SPAM' depending on your inbox's security settings. Check your 'SPAM' or 'Junk' mail inbox periodically.
