Directions
While preparing the ingredients preheat the Turbo E to 400°F
- Prepare potatoes, mushrooms, bacon, sausage, eggs, and cheese.
Shred the potatoes into thin strips and rinse the shredded potatoes with clean water.
- Squeeze out the excess water thoroughly.
Add pancake mix, eggs, and milk and mix well until smooth.
Add oil and butter once the griddle is preheated
Cook the hash browns on the griddle for 3 minutes per side.
Griddle the bacon for 4 minutes per side.
Sear the sausage for 3 minutes on each of the four sides.
Pan-fry the cheese for 3 minutes per side.
- Stir-fry the mushrooms for 5-6 mins
- Pan-fry the eggs based on personal preference.
- Breakfast is ready!
