Ingredients
- Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Squid, cleaned and sliced
- Meat (optional), sliced
- Noodles (egg noodles or your preferred type)
- Onion, sliced

- Broccoli florets

Green onions chopped (for garnish)
- Soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Rice wine
- Salt and pepper
- Cooking oil
- Water
Directions
- While preparing the ingredients, preheat the Turbo E Grill to 400°F.
- Slice onion, bell peppers, and chop green onions.
- Peel and devein shrimp, then season with salt, pepper, and rice wine.
- Season squid and meat similarly with rice wine, salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
- Preheat the griddle insert and add cooking oil.
- Stir-fry onions and bell peppers briefly.
- Add broccoli, drizzle additional oil and soy sauce, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add water, cover, and steam for 3 minutes.
- Cook shrimp and meat separately for about 3 minutes per side, squid for 4–5 minutes.
- Mix shrimp, squid, meat, and vegetables together.
- Add oil and place noodles on the griddle.
- Combine noodles with seafood and vegetables, add soy sauce and water, and stir-fry for 5 more minutes.
- Stir in oyster sauce and mix until heated through.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately. Enjoy!
