Directions
Preheat the Turbo E Outdoor Electric Grill to 500°F with one touch before starting the turkey preparation.
Mix softened unsalted butter with minced garlic, fresh rosemary, and fresh thyme until well combined.
Loosen the turkey skin from the meat carefully without tearing it and spread the herb butter evenly under to ensure flavor and moisture.
Spread the herb butter evenly under the loosened turkey skin to ensure flavor and moisture.
Drizzle olive oil over the surface of the turkey and spread it evenly across the entire bird.
Mix the seasoning powder thoroughly (onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, white pepper, black pepper, and your favorite seasoning blend). Sprinkle it evenly over the turkey, covering all sides.
Place a bit of butter, sprigs of thyme, parsley, and rosemary, along with 2 celery stalks, 1 carrot, and 1 onion inside the cavity of the turkey.
Tie the wings, tail, and legs tightly to ensure even cooking.
Set the turkey on the grill rack. Insert a meat probe into the center of the turkey breast, ensuring it is positioned correctly (in the middle and not angled).
Complete the 500°F preheat, then place the turkey inside the Turbo E Grill. Set the meat probe and the temperature to 168°F.
Grill the turkey until the internal temperature reaches 168°F (approx. 2.5 hours)
Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before carving to allow the juices to redistribute.
Remove the turkey legs and wings. Slice down the middle of the breast, then cut along the sides to remove the breast meat. Slice the breast meat into pieces and arrange them on a platter.
Serve with additional side dishes and enjoy your perfectly roasted turkey! Happy Thanksgiving!
