Pumpkin 250g

Cream Cheese 200g

Fine Granulated Sugar 60g

Flour 15g

Eggs 4 pcs

Whipping cream 150g
Directions
Preheat your Turbo E grill to 440°F
Add cream cheese, sugar and flour to a mixing bowl and mix them until smooth
Cut pumpkin into small pieces, steam until cooked, mash into a puree and mix into the batter
Add 4 eggs and mix them
Add whipping cream and mix well
Strain the mixture to remove lumps
Pour the batter into a prepared mold
Bake for 30 minutes until the top is browned and slightly burnt
Cool the cheesecake at room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours
Sprinkle sugar on top and torch until the sugar is fully melted and caramelized.
