Wooden skewers (soaked in water)

Directions
Prepare the marinade by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey (optional), salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Set it aside.
Thread the salmon chunks and lemon slices alternately onto the soaked wooden skewers.
Preheat the Turbo E Grill to 500°F (260°C).
Place the salmon skewers on the preheated grill. Grill for 4 minutes on one side, then brush generously with the marinade before flipping the skewers.
- Once fully cooked, remove the skewers from the grill and serve hot with the refreshing raita sauce on the side.
