Directions
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, mustard, ground black pepper, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined. Set aside.
Divide the ground beef into four equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball, then place a slice of cheese in the center. Carefully form the beef around the cheese and shape it back into a ball, ensuring the cheese is fully enclosed.
Preheat your Turbo E Outdoor Electric Grill to 500°F.
Place each beef ball on the grill, then flatten them with a spatula. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. During the last minute, top each patty with an additional slice of cheese to melt.
Brush the insides of each hamburger bun with butter. Place the buns on the grill for about 10 seconds on each side, just until lightly toasted.
Spread a layer of the sauce on the bottom bun. Add lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles, followed by the grilled hamburger patty and onion slices. Spread more sauce on the top bun and place it on top to complete the burger.
Your perfect Classic Grilled Cheeseburger is ready! Serve hot and enjoy.
