*After preheating, don't worry if you see the temperature reading drop - this is normal! The display shows the upper chamber temperature, not the actual cooking grate temperature. Your grill is ready for perfect searing since the grates are still super hot.

*When using the probe, the display will alternate between the internal food temperature and your target temperature. Just relax and let your grill do the work - great food is on the way!

What's included with the Turbo E Grill?

Available in tabletop and freestanding versions. Both include a meat probe and quick start guide. Freestanding version includes a grill cover.

Can I use my Turbo E indoors?

The Turbo E is designed for outdoor use only. When using on balconies or terraces, please ensure good ventilation and follow your building regulations.

Does the Turbo E require assembly?

Simply place the cooking grates and warming rack to start grilling. For the freestanding version, the cart requires assembly - we provide an easy-to-follow video guide.

Can I smoke food on my Turbo E?

While the Turbo E can add smoky flavors to your food, it's not designed for traditional low-and-slow smoking. Check our video guide for smoking tips.

What about electrical requirements?

The Turbo E uses a standard 120V outlet - no special wiring needed. Use a dedicated outlet for best performance. For safety, we don't recommend extension cords.
