Seasoning for Pork:
Directions
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the Tomahawk pork chops, then rub it in to coat all sides.
Assemble the skewers with bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, and red onion. Season with salt and black pepper, then brush each skewer with olive oil to prevent sticking and add flavor.
Preheat your Turbo E Outdoor Electric Grill to 500°F for 14 minutes.
Insert the food probe into the pork and set the target internal temperature to 170°F.
Grill each side of the pork tomahawk for approximately 5 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 170°F, achieving nice grill marks.
Place the seasoned and oiled vegetable skewers on the grill. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side, or until the vegetables are tender and lightly charred.
In a small pan, melt butter and mix in your chosen spice blend. Once ready, place a dollop on top of the grilled pork tomahawk and sear it with a kitchen torch until the butter melts and flavors the meat.
Drizzle the prepared sauce over the pork and vegetables if desired, and serve hot.
