Recipe Highlight: Party-Style Baby Back RibsÂ
In the video, Guga uses the Turbo E electric grill to cook three main dishes: chicken thighs, pork belly, and steak. He starts by grilling marinated chicken thighs, achieving perfect seasoning and tenderness.
Next, he prepares pork belly by first grilling it at high heat to form a crust, then slow-cooking it for two hours, and serving it with noodles and green onions.
Finally, he grills a steak and pairs it with a homemade salsa made from tomatoes, onions, garlic, and chili de Arbol. The chicken was highlighted as the favorite dish for its great taste and texture.
